By accessing and using Bimb's photo sharing platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Bimb's platform for personal and commercial event photo sharing purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
You may not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Upload inappropriate or copyrighted content
- Attempt to reverse engineer our face recognition technology
- Interfere with the platform's security features
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Bimb. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process and analyze photos for face recognition
- Store and deliver photos to authorized event attendees
- Provide technical support and platform maintenance
4. Face Recognition Consent
By using our platform, you consent to:
- Processing of facial features in uploaded photos
- Automated matching and photo distribution
- Temporary storage of facial recognition data
You may opt-out of face recognition processing at any time through your account settings.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the platform, to understand our practices.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bimb shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
